Vargr Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vargr app ("Vargr", "we", "us"), published by ASJ IT Solutions. By downloading or using Vargr, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Vargr generates a personalized bodyweight workout plan from the goal, fitness level, and weekly availability you provide, and helps you train with daily workouts, streaks, XP, and ranks. Vargr is a general fitness tool, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You use Vargr at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Vargr is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly — $9.99 USD or Yearly — $49.99 USD. The yearly plan includes an introductory 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The exact price shown at purchase in the app, in your local currency, is the price you are charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. After any free trial, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Vargr, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Your account and plan are for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Your content and account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Vargr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASJ IT Solutions is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or any workout it suggests. Always exercise within your own limits.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Apple standard terms

Your use of Vargr is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
